Employees need to know the history of their organization to understand the challenges it has overcome and incorporate that into how they work. This will reap a sense of pride and purpose in their work instead of employees just showing up to get paid with no meaning. So I challenge you this week to remember your organization's history and consider how you can incorporate it into the present and future!
