Salaries, Bonuses and Contract Rates Jump for Tech Pros

Sixty-two percent of U.S. tech professionals reported earning higher salaries in 2015, and almost half reported a salary increase as a result of upward mobility at the same company. Bonuses are also becoming more commonplace in the tech industry.
