With Unlimited Capital, Former Goldman Partner Takes On Yelp For The Good Of Humanity
Merchants and un-snarky customers, rejoice! There’s now a new platform, an “Anti-Yelp,” where customers can tell the world good things about a business, and can send their complaints and criticisms directly and privately to the business. “The mission of Goodsnitch,” says founder Rob Pace about his awkwardly named product, is to “celebrate what’s good publicly and allow businesses to fix things privately.” Goodsnitch is available as a free app (including on the Apple Watch) to the public and to smaller merchants; larger companies pay significant fees for enterprise versions with additional functionality.
