In a SaaS or subscription environment, there’s nothing more important than customer service (or “customer success,” or “the customer experience”–I have no dog in the fight over which of these terms you should use). And customer service in SaaS is exactly what I want to talk with you about today. But I’m going to start by telling you about my dear, departed 1996 Audi. The two topics–I promise–are intimately related.
