When a former President creates a sprawling global charity, and spends his considerable political capital cutting deals to increase funding for major social causes around the world, it's bound to stir up some dust. But when the former Secretary of State (his spouse) joins the foundation to continue her lifelong pursuit of civil and economic rights for women and girls - before announcing her own bid for the Presidency - that dust storm is almost guaranteed to become a political gale.
